The rooms werevery comfy and tidy, with fresh bedding and soft pillows. The staff was friendly and provided excellent personal service, including quickly bringing us milk for our coffee. The breakfast was delicious and had a good selection of food, including sausage, egg, toast, fruit, yogurt. The hotel is located in a convenient area, close to central London, making it easy to explore the city's attractions.
The lack of nearby restaurant options, with mostly takeaway places in the area. It would have been nice to have at least one nice restaurant nearby.

The hotel is conveniently located close to a tube station, allowing for easy access to the city center. there are shops and places to get food within walking distance. the hotel is also within walking distance of popular attractions such as Tower Bridge, providing a nice opportunity for sightseeing.
Some guests have reported issues with the cleanliness of the room and bathroom.

The value for money at this hotel is excellent. The prices are very reasonable and the attention to detail is commendable. The rooms are clean and tidy, with a very good sized shower that is seldom found in other hotels. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The basic amenities provided are sufficient, including good hot water and a satisfying breakfast.
All in all, this hotel was a great choice for our stay. There was just one small aspect that could be improved upon.

This hotel has a great location, being close to the DLR station and not far from the city center. It's literally next to a DLR station, a bonus. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. The room appeared clean and the bed was very comfortable.
